Advanced Downhole Well Completion Equipment.
- Smart Well System – The all-hydraulic Smart Well System is used for optimizing oil and gas recovery, by selectively controlling hydrocarbon production and water injection. It has several innovative features, such as rotation sleeve, metal-to-metal sealing and hydraulic position feed-back.
- Multi Position Flow Control Valve (MRS) - The "MRS" (Mechanical Rotation Sleeve) is a multi-position flow control sleeve operated by a shifting tool with a sleeve position read-out. The MRS system is suitable for water shut-off, coning control, flood front control, injection and production rate control, production of various GOR / GWR zones etc., with its adjustable opening, and is, therefore, superior to on / off sleeves.
Specialized Equipment/ Skid-mounted packages for Gas processing
a.) Custom-designed to meet specific requirements. Modular plants to extract C3+ or C5+
b.) The product can be further fractionated to C3+, C4+ and C5+ products.
c.) Alternatives for removing the LPG vary from simple Joule Thompson (J.T.) or choke plants, through refrigeration plants to highly sophisticated packages recovering in excess of 90% of the propane plus components.
a.) To remove acid gas (H2S and Co2) utilizing MEA, DEA and MDEA that best suits the process conditions.
b.) Custom-designed to meet specific needs.
c.) Alternatives for removing acid gas vary from the simple MEA and DEA plants to more sophisticated, selective solvents such as MDEA (and MDSA based proprietary amines).

- Supersonic Separator - can be used to condense and separate Water, heavy Hydrocarbons and acid gas from Natural Gas. Current applications include any combination of the following:-
1.) Water Dewpointing (Dehydration) – above 120 MMSSCFD
2.) Natural Gas Liquids extraction (NGL/LPG) – above 65 MMSCFD
3.) Bulk H2S removal upstream Sweetening plants – above 65 MMSCFD
Environment-friendly Treatment of Oily Drill Waste and Recovery of Base Oil
- Thermomechanical Cuttings Cleaner (TCC) – A unique technology for separation of oily drill waste into useful products, securing re-use of the highly valuable base oil used in drilling fluids. The features of TCC are:
a.) Fully recovered base oil is comparable in quality to the new base oil and may, therefore, be directly recycled.
b.) The TCC can be easily relocated and is ideal for offshore use.
c.) The TCC has rapid startup and shutdown, which facilities simple maintenance tasks.
d.) The dried solids are clean and suitable for use in commercial applications such as road construction.
e.) Direct heating of the waste stream results in maximum energy efficiency.
f.) Fully computerized control system to reduce the use of manpower.

Subsea Cable Installation and Burial solutions
- Pipeline laying – ranging from pipe sizes 2"to 36" using rigid steel lay or lay barge techniques.
- Trenching and burial evaluations
- Laying of flexible flow lines – flow lines buried by using tracked subsea burial
system.
- Cable installation and burial solutions – burial of control umbilical, power cables, fibre optic cables up to a depth of 4 meters, with cable repair and maintenance facility available.
Helicopter-based Aerial Surveillance
- Oil and Gas pipelines patrols – The patrol consists of a Helicopter, a pilot and a observer with the observer equipped with a laptop computer with a bespoke software including a mapping system linked with GPS module.
- EHV power transmission lines patrols – The patrols are carried out with a observer/camera. These observers are trained linesman and have experience of all types of construction within the Power Grid.
