Substations

  •  Design, engineering and construction of substations and switchyards on turnkey  basis.
  •  Supply of electrical auxiliary equipments like transformers, switchgears, circuit  breakers, panels and Cables, etc.

Key Projects Executed by BTS

  •  Provided basic and detailed engineering and procurement services for a  substation of 33KV/433Vx 2.5 MVA for Tamilnadu Petroproducts Limited  (formerly  Southern Petrochemicals Industries Corporation Limited) - Heavy  Chemicals  Division, Chennai, for  its Membrane Cell-based Caustic Soda Plant
  •  Executed 132 kV substation of HJI - Prop. GMMCO Limited's (formally  Hukumchand Jute & Industries Ltd.)  caustic  soda plant at Amlai, M.P. The  project  involved 132/11 kV 20 MVA  transformers and 132 kV SF6 gas circuit  breaker of  Crompton Greaves make, and the associated switchyard.
  •  Detailed design project for 220/66 KVx 200 MVA  substation  in Haryana. BTS  carried out this assignment of substation detailed  engineering  successfully and  on time.
  •  Completed a project for Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., involving combined  mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and civil, works including equipment  supplies for two  petroleum product terminals at Vashi and JNPT near Mumbai.  This work involved  considerable amount of electrical supplies, erection and  related civil works.
  •  Completed work for an intelligent building project worth Rs. 100 crore in the  heart  of  New Delhi. This building comprises Substation (HT switchgear and  transformers), LT  controls & switchgears, captive power plant, lighting, HVAC,  and lifts. The  configuration of indoor substation is 2 x 1.5 MVA x 11 KV/433  V transformers
  •  Currently providing inspection and procurement services for 300 and 500  KVA, 11 KV and 33 KV class distribution transformers for export to Nigeria under  strict technical performance conditions.
